Beneficiary Category: Other Backward Classes (OBC), Special Backward Classes (SBC), Nomadic Tribes (NT), and Denotified Tribes (DNT)
Main Terms & Conditions:

Beneficiary family must be homeless / living in a temporary (kutcha) house.

Caste Certificate of the concerned category issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer.

Income Certificate limited to ₹1.20 lakh issued by the Tahsildar.

Gram Sabha Resolution regarding selection of beneficiaries.

Residential Proof showing minimum 15 years of residence in Maharashtra.

The beneficiary family should not have availed benefits under any other housing scheme previously.

The beneficiary must possess their own plot/land or government-allocated sufficient land for house construction.

Grant Amount:

₹1,20,000/- deposited directly into the beneficiary’s bank account.

Under convergence:
a) MGNREGA: 90 days of unskilled labour wages (90 × ₹297) = ₹26,730/-
b) Toilet Construction: If not already provided earlier, ₹12,000/- under Swachh Bharat Mission or MGNREGA.
Total Assistance Available: ₹1,58,730/-
